The Membership Records Department manages the membership and church records for the Texas Conference, as well as provides training and leadership for local church clerks.
Accurate and organized membership records are key elements to a successful church. Although roles vary from church to church, it is the responsibility of the local church clerk to keep track and report member changes. In the Texas Conference Membership Records department, we strive to equip local church clerks to work as effectively as possible, and maintain overall statistical data/membership information for all of the churches/companies in the Texas Conference.
