Efrain Murillo Voted Undertreasurer for the Texas Conference

The Texas Conference of Seventh-day Adventists Executive Committee voted Efrain Murillo as Undertreasurer effective January 1, 2019.
Presently Vice Principal for Finance at Monterey Bay Academy in La Selva Beach, California, Murillo started his church experience almost 20 years ago on the opposite coast as Vice Principal for Finance/Business Manager at Greater Miami Academy. He held similar positions at Forest Lake Academy, Mount Vernon Academy and Orlando Junior Academy, and worked in the treasury departments at Carolina, Southeastern and South Atlantic Conferences.
Murillo has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and will complete his MBA from California Costal University this month.
Murillo and his wife, Dorcas, have five children.
“I look forward to Efrain joining the treasury team in January,” shared Randall Terry, Texas Conference treasurer. “Efrain’s extensive academy and conference financial knowledge will be an asset to our department as well as the Texas conference.”
