SUMMARY:Master Guide Camporee
DESCRIPTION:2018 Master Guide Camporee is for members (operative word is “member” meaning they must be registered through a club) 16 years of age and older. ONLY Master Guides 16-years-old and up can participate in camporee events. NO EXCEPTIONS!\n\n\nVisitors are welcome to attend\, but MUST register through a local church club. The club must have church board approval of their attendance. The club director is responsible for them at the camporee. Kids 9-years-old and under are free; 10-years-old and up will be charged the camporee fee. \n\n\n\nEarly Bird Reg Fee: $55.00 | Until August 6\nRegular Reg Fee: $60.00 | Until September 10\nLate Reg Fee: $65.00 | Until September 24 (Does not guarantee a t-shirt)\n\n\n\nRegistration for this session will end on 9/24/2018.\n\n\n\n*******CLUB INCENTIVE for early arrival*******Clubs that arrive early on Friday will be able to do Tubing and ride the Banana boat on Lake Whitney between the hours of 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm on Friday ONLY.\nClub members need to sign up for the rides upon their arrival at the registration desk. Rides will be handled on a first-come first-serve basis as time permits.\nClub members need to be 16 years of age or older to participate. \nPlease make certain that your club members are certified through the Area and Texas Conference in order to attend the Camporee. Directors\, please make certain to bring the completed medical consent forms for your club members (including visitors) to the camporee. Members\, as well as visitors\, need to complete Verified Volunteers in order to attend Camporee. Members age 16 and 17 will need to call Verified Volunteers directly (1-855-326-1860 option 3) for guidance on how to obtain certification for minors.
