The Texas Conference Association Department is the legal corporation of the Texas Conference holding title for all Conference churches and schools.
The Association Department’s mission is to provide quality assistance to all our churches and schools with their property development projects, whether it involves purchasing, selling, building, remodeling, or insurance repairs after the claims have been made. We work with selected architects, engineers and builders to ensure that State and local building code requirements are met, that the quality of the work performed meets “Best Practice Standards”, and that costs controls and schedules are met. We also assist our churches and schools with religious exemptions, property tax issues, code violations and property lease agreements.
